Drive-in Racking

Drive-in Racking System is also a section of the Selective Pallet Racking System. This system is very accepted in well-organized companies and multinational companies.

Pallets are kept on the rail of the rack and the driver or operator drives the MHE via or in the rack to enter the pallet in this racking system.

These racks are accessible in deep nearly twelve pallets and in height nearly six to seven pallets, however, selectivity becomes increasingly decreased with more complex systems.

As the system is organized on FILO (First-In-Last-Out) access, which can be a trouble in particular industries or in warehouses where order collecting is done from pallets. It can also be used as FIFO (First-In-First-Out) access, then you have to keep the gap on both sides (Front & Back) of the rack.

Each Pallet can hold up to 500-1500 kg/Pallet which depends on the customer’s Product class.

Avantages:

  • Ability to store medium to heavy loads.
  • Fully customizable. A wide range of materials adaptable to your requirement.
  • Flat pallet rails – for safe, snag-free, load-bearing.
  • Maximum Level of Pallet Storage.
  • Space utilization is up to 85% as the fewer number aisle gap.
  • It allows FILO or FIFO (need gap on both sides) inventory management.
